Saw the new JDM Seiko Mechanical and Presage models at Big Time today. All of them are powered by the 6R15 movement.
First, the models from the Mechanical line. I thought these are using the same case as the Alpinist(SARB017) but they are not. They are actually one to two millimetre larger than the Alpinist but do not come with screw in crown. Above is the SARG005.
Saw these new Seiko Presage models at H2 Hub (Parkway Parade) this week. These are powered by the 4R movement. I believe there are similar models that are powered by the 6R movement in Japan.
As usual, white dial model SRP463J shown above is my favourite. Below are some other variants.
Here are a couple of new Orient watches I saw at Big Time today. Shown above is the new Roman dial Bambino ER2400AW. Below are all the variants.
Saw the new Chronograph Fieldmasters at Big Time yesterday. They come with the V175 solar powered chronograph movement. The SBDL022 (above) is limited to 500 pieces while the SBDL021 is a regular edition.
More pictures below.
Here are some new Orient watches that I saw at Big Time on 3rd Aug 2013.
First, the black dial M-Force Model# EL03004B. This is a new variant of the 2011 M-Force model. I have a post on the yellow version where I listed out the differences between the new variant and the original model:
Here are the other watches:
Here are several new Orient watches I saw at Big Time on 29th June 2013. Shown above is a nice power reserve model (FD0J001T) which I feel many would be interested due to its nice and simple design. This model reminds me of the Orient Star Classic and the 60th Anniversary handwind model.
Below is another variant, FD0J002W.
Saw these new Seiko models at H2 Hub (Parkway Parade) today. They are using the Monster case but fitted with compass bezel with no click when rotated. They are rated WR 100m with no screw-in crown.
I think the SRP443K with orange accent shown above is the nicest. It has orange colour lume while the rest have the usual green colour lume.
