New Seiko watches at Big Time – 31 Mar 2012

Some new Seiko watches arrived at Big Time last Saturday. Shown above is the SRP217J. There are also some camouflaged variants.

These two models (SRP247K and SRP249K) have been featured in a previous entry. This was the first time I saw the real watch though.

Here are a few ladies Sports 100 model. These are also powered by the 4R36 movement.

I like that Seiko have recently made more watches without minute chapter rings, fingers crossed for a diver without a chapter ring. Thanks for the update.

It’s a new movement that is probably based on the 7Sxx.

  I have a Seiko’s diver that based on 4R15. Is the 4R35/36 more superior than the 4R15?

    4R15 has a longer power reserve and better accuracy specs. 4R36 comes with stop second and handwind features though.
