My first rose gold watch – Orient ER24002W

I have been collecting watches for many years but this Orient is probably my first rose gold watch ever. I have been looking around for an ideal rose gold watch and have considered Seiko models such as SARC018 and SRP188. This Orient fits my requirement because of its classic design. It is exactly what I had in mind.

New Orient watches at Big Time – 24 Mar 2012

The Orient X STI 2011 M-Force limited edition watch arrived at Big Time last week.

Along with the STI is a new multi-eyes automatic model with two colour variants.

TC Yeo’s Seiko Sportura Chronograph

TC Yeo sent me a picture of his newly acquired Seiko Sportura chronograph. He says the watch wraps around his wrist nicely and the multicoated sapphire crystal is almost invisible.

New Orient watches I saw at Big Time – 3rd March 2012

Here are a couple of new Orient watches that I saw at Big Time last Saturday. Besides the new Orient X STI quartz chronograph, there is also a classic style automatic model and a few quartz models from the Sp line.

Orient STI (2010 model) – Foggy caseback

Wore my Orient X STI watch today and was surprised to see that its see-through caseback has turned foggy. The crystal in front however was fine.

This is quite rare to me. I usually see foggy crystals on the front but hardly on the caseback.
