Here are some new Orient watches that I saw at Big Time yesterday. First up, some new variants of the Mako XL. There are four of these. The white dialed ones are new to me while the black dialed ones have been around for quite some time. This is the first they become available in Singapore. Shown above is the EM75007W.

Here’s another variant of the new Seiko 5 that I posted earlier. This model has gold and black combo on its case. For those who like to mod their divers, the set of gold hands is a good ingredient.

The Orient 300m diver has gone through several versions from non-hack and handwind to hack and handwind versions. Earlier versions were released under the Orient Star line. Dial colours are usually black, yellow and orange. The latest version comes in black, red and white dial colours. I own the white dial version and like it very much. Here is a red dial version which looks pretty nice as well.

Here’s a recent Seiko 5 Superior model that I saw at K2 last week. Was told that it was released a few weeks ago. It is basically a trekking type of watch with compass bezel and emergency signal code on its dial. It is powered by the 4R37 movement that comes with a 24 hour indicator hand.
